Booking Conditions: A confirmation email will be sent to
you on receipt of your booking. Please note that an invoice will
be sent to you before the conference and must be paid prior to attendance.
If payment is not received delegates will be asked for a personal
cheque.
Cancellations/Substitutions: Cancellations after the 16th
March 2006 will be charged the full invoice. Substitutions can be
made at anytime.

such as wheelchair access and dietary requirements please let us
